Self Picting Background

I learned how to make these awesome "backgrounds" from a website called kandeeland.com (she's so awesome with make up and crafts!) She does really cool tutorials on all sorts of things out there!
You'll need:
*card board (whatever you'll be using for your background)
*artificial flowers
*hot glue and glue gun
*artificial flower cutters (helps me but they are optional....I didn't want to mess up or ruin our regular scissors ;)

You'll want to make sure the bottoms of the flowers are as flat as possible so they'll stick better :)

Then start gluing away!
The more flowers you use...the better! I made these for my step-daughter so she can "self pict" with them behind her.........(she tends to take photos of herself and she doesn't pay a bit of attention to her surroundings behind her lol)

Hair Chalking!!

So, I learned about hair chalking! It's truly amazing!!!!
And super simple! I am now thankfully addicted and I vow to match all my outfits! Okay okay, not every out fit but I'll sure try anyways ;)

Some Habits Cannot Be Broken

Soooo I am fairly confident I have a habit....
It's not a horrible habit...
Just that I LOVE to buy things! The more of a deal the BETTER!!!

Earlier this week the hubster (that would be my incredible husband) and I went to the mall...low and behold Mommy found something!!! (of course she did)
So I found some really awesome snow boots for $15.00!!!!! Ummmm I've only seen snow ONCE (hints I live in FL and have been raised here...) BUT you just never know when I might need them...and then I'll have a pair! Just looking out for my future ;)

Then last night my step-daughter and I went to RUE 21 (we so get bonding time while at that store) and they has a sale on these UGG wanna-be sparkle boots! Ummm, I bought them in our size in every color they had left...
Okay people, they were $3.00 a pair! Betcha couldn't pass that up either! =p

Craft This and Craft That

I have come to the conclusion....
I...WILL...CRAFT...ANYTHING! I love looking at a project/craft and then crafting away! And the cheaper it costs me to make it, the more excited I get about it =)

Lost and Found

I found these awesome sunglasses in our "Lost and Found" bucket...
So I thought I'd pretend I was from that really awesome cop show from back in the day....CHIPS!

Then there ends up baby foot prints all through the house! Ooopsies!
